{Winston Rollins : Profile / Biography - continued} : Aside from working, recording and touring with Jools and the Band, "REAL" is the current project that occupies most of his time.

Two phenomenal talents, West London based Louise Pollock and Winston Rollins, make up the core of REAL which is both project and band. Louise and Winston joined forces late last in 2004 working as songwriters, developing a partnership which has flourished and has led to the creation of their first full album "Give Me A Reason". They have created a style which is a unique fusion of soul, funk, rock and acid jazz. They complement each other perfectly, coming from different backgrounds but united in their love and commitment to their music.

As a performing entity they generate an exciting, fresh vibe. It is no accident that REAL has some of the best musicians around with vocalist Louise fronting it and Winston as band leader and M.D. The band is simply bursting with raw talent and energy!
Two of their first tracks have already been snapped up by Acid Jazz Records for two seperate compilation albums, "Lovechild" released in September 2004. REAL have begun to gig and did their first gig for Jazz FM in 2004. Their E.P. "The Lovechild" is out on iTunes. BBC Radio2, amongst others, have already reviewed the album.

Their debut album "Give Me A Reason" is out now in the UK on Smooch Records via Ralph Tee's Passion Music & Pinnacle Distribution, also on iTunes and Amazon. It is to be released in Japan by Columbia Redcords in December. Two other JoolsBand Members, Lisa Grahame and Chris Storr performed on the Album and will also regularly feature in any future live gigs.
